電機資訊學院提供本諮詢預約平台,主要希望透過前輩先進的經驗分享,提供院內學弟妹未來發展與相關的支持。

提供諮詢服務的系所校友及熱心學長姐皆出於善意熱心公益服務,希望能透過自身經驗給予院內學弟妹們建議,相關建議僅提供參考,並不等同於專業心理諮商,如有其他疑慮或醫療需求,請尋求清華大學諮商中心、職涯中心或相關專業院所協助。

The College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science offers this advisory appointment platform with the primary goal of providing guidance and support for student’s future development through the shared experiences of senior alumni and professionals. The alumni and senior mentors offering these support services do so out of goodwill and a commitment to giving back to the community. Their insights are based on personal experience and are intended for reference only; they are not a replacement for professional psychological counseling. If you have concerns or medical needs, please seek assistance from the NTHU Counseling Center, Career Center, or other relevant professional institutions.
電資會客室 EECS Lounge 隱私權保護政策

國立清華大學電機資訊學院(以下簡稱本院)為促進校友與學生服務,建置之諮詢預約平台「電資會客室EECS Lounge」(以下簡稱本平台)的各項服務,主要目的為提供電資學院校友、教職員及學生間的媒合與交流,此平台建置之主要使用對象為國立清華大學電機資訊學院教職員生及校友。

為了讓使用者能夠安心使用,特此說明本平台的隱私權保護政策,當您於本平台填載完成學號或員工編號並將資料點選送出,將視為您已詳閱同意本院隱私權保護政策,並同意本院就您所提供之個人資料為以下蒐集、處理、利用。為保障您的權益,請您詳閱下列內容:

  1. 隱私權保護政策的適用範圍
    (1)隱私權保護政策內容,適用於您使用本平台各項服務時,所涉及的個人資料蒐集、處理、利用與保護。但不適用於本平台以外的網頁連結(包含但不限於本平台或本平台以外第三人提供之外部網頁、視訊連結、彈跳視窗等,或使用者間提供之外部網頁、視訊連結等),也不適用於非本院平台所委託之廠商、第三人。
    (2)如您將個人資料提供予本平台以外的 App、網頁、連結,或非本平台委託的廠商、第三人,除本平台無法保留任何紀錄外,您的個人資料亦可能被第三人蒐集、處理及利用。此外,使用者於雙方約定期間,透過實體會面或外部視訊連結進行交談,屬於外部行為,本平台同樣無法進行任何紀錄。若您主動提供個人資料予上述連結或相關人員,並因此產生損害,無論該損害發生於您或第三人,本院均不負任何損害賠償責任,敬請留意。
  2. 蒐集、處理及利用之資料類別、範圍及目的
    (1)個人資料蒐集之目的、資料類別: 本院為提供本平台服務、管理本平台、提升本平台之服務範圍及內容,以及提供本院校友、師生及學生之間互助交流(下稱蒐集目的),需要向您蒐集姓名、學號/員工編號、系級、聯絡方式(包含E-mail)等個人資料:
    • 在您登入本平台時,本平台將主動蒐集您的姓名、學號/員工編號、系級。
    • 除前款個人資料外,您可自由選擇所需之服務,並依該服務所需提供特定之個人資料。如屬自由選擇是否提供之個人資料者,您可以自由選擇是否提供,但屬務必提供個人資料始能享有服務者,您如不提供該等個人資料,本平台將無法為您提供相關服務。
    • 另外,本平台於您單純瀏覽、未登入本平台時,會於主機紀錄您所有的步驟,包括但不限於您使用的連線設備IP位址、使用時間、瀏覽及點選資料紀錄等,作為增進本平台服務的參考依據,但不會紀錄可識別您的個人資料。

    (2)個人資料利用範圍及方式:
    • 於本平台運作期間,本院及本院職員將依個人資料保護法等相關規定,於蒐集目的範圍下處理、利用您提供的個人資料。
    • 因本院係委由廠商或合作單位、人員負責本平台之維護、改善、優化等服務,上述人員提供前揭服務時,可能會使用您的個人資料。
  3. 資料之保護
    • 本網站平台主機均設有防火牆、防毒系統等相關的各項資訊安全設備及必要的安全防護措施,以確保資料在傳輸過程中不被第三者非法擷取。
  4. 個人資料權利行使方式:
    當您在本平台提供個人資料後,您可以依據個人資料保護法行使以下權利:
    (1)查詢或請求閱。
    (2)請求製給複本。
    (3)請求補充或更正。
    (4)請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
    (5)請求刪除。
  5. 與第三人共用個人資料之政策
    本平台不會任意提供、交換、出租或出售任何您的個人資料給其他個人、團體、私人企業或公務機關,但依法應提供者,不在此限。前述但書之情形包括但不限於:
    (1)經由您書面同意。
    (2)法律明文規定。
    (3)為免除您生命、身體、自由或財產上之危險。
    (4)與公務機關或學術研究機構合作,基於公共利益為統計或學術研究而有必要,且資料經過提供者處理或蒐集著依其揭露方式無從識別特定之當事人。
    (5)當您在網站的行為,違反服務條款或可能損害或妨礙網站與其他使用者權益或導致任何人遭受損害時,經網站管理單位研析揭露您的個人資料是為了辨識、聯絡或採取法律行動所必要者。
    (6)有利於您的權益。
    (7)本網站委託廠商協助蒐集、處理或利用您的個人資料時,將對委外廠商或個人善盡監督管理之責。
  6. Cookie之使用
    為了提供您最佳的服務,本網站會在您的電腦中放置並取用我們的Cookie,若您不願接受Cookie的寫入,您可在您使用的瀏覽器功能項中設定隱私權等級為高,即可拒絕Cookie的寫入,但可能會導至網站某些功能無法正常執行。
  7. 隱私權保護政策之修正
    本平台隱私權保護政策將因應需求隨時進行修正,本院於修正後將公告於本平台。
EECS Lounge Privacy Protection Policy
The College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at National Tsing Hua University (hereinafter referred to as "the College") has established the EECS Lounge advisory and support appointment platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") to facilitate services for alumni and students. The primary purpose of this platform is to provide matchmaking and supporting services among alumni, faculty, and students of the College. The main users of this platform are faculty, students, and alumni of the College.

To ensure that users can use this platform with confidence, this Privacy Protection Policy is hereby provided. When you enter your student ID or employee number on the platform and submit your information, it will be deemed that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Protection Policy and consented to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described below. To safeguard your rights, please read the following content carefully:

Scope of the Privacy Protection Policy
The content of this Privacy Protection Policy applies to the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data when you use the Platform's services. However, this policy does not apply to external webpages linked from the Platform (including but not limited to external webpages, video links, pop-ups provided by the Platform or third parties, or external webpages and video links shared by users). It also does not apply to vendors or third parties not commissioned by the College.
If you provide personal data to apps, websites, links outside this platform, or to vendors or third parties not commissioned by this platform, this platform will not be able to retain any records, and your personal data may be collected, processed, and used by third parties. In addition, during the agreed period, any conversations conducted through in-person meetings or external video links are considered external activities, and this platform will likewise be unable to retain any records. If you voluntarily provide personal data to the aforementioned links or personnel, resulting in any damages, whether to yourself or a third party, this institution shall not bear any liability for damages. Please take note.


Categories, Scope, and Purpose of Data Collection, Processing, and Use
Purpose of Data Collection and Categories of Personal Data:
To provide services on the Platform, manage the Platform, expand the scope and content of services, and facilitate mutual assistance and communication between alumni, faculty, and students (hereinafter referred to as "the Purpose of Collection"), the College needs to collect personal data such as your name, student ID/employee number, department and year, and contact information (including email):
  • When you log into the Platform, the College will automatically collect your name, student ID/employee number, and department/year.
  • In addition to the above, you may freely choose the services you require and provide specific personal data accordingly. If the personal data requested is optional, you may choose whether to provide it. However, for services that require personal data, failure to provide such data may result in the Platform being unable to offer the related services.
  • Additionally, when you browse the Platform without logging in, the system will record all your activities, including but not limited to your IP address, usage time, browsing, and click records, as a reference for improving the Platform's services. However, the system will not record any personally identifiable data.
Scope and Methods of Personal Data Use:
During the operation of the Platform, the College and its staff will process and use the personal data you provide within the scope of the Purpose of Collection, in compliance with relevant regulations such as the Personal Data Protection Act.
Since the College commissions vendors or collaborates with personnel to maintain, improve, and optimize the Platform, these vendors may use your personal data while providing the aforementioned services.
Protection of Data
The Platform's servers are equipped with firewalls, antivirus systems, and other relevant information security equipment and necessary protective measures to ensure that data is not illegally intercepted during transmission.
Exercise of Personal Data Rights
After providing personal data on the Platform, you may exercise the following rights under the Personal Data Protection Act:
  • Request to inquire or review the data.
  • Request to obtain a copy of the data.
  • Request to supplement or correct the data.
  • Request to stop the collection, processing, or use of the data.
  • Request to delete the data.
Policy on Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
The Platform will not arbitrarily provide, exchange, rent, or sell your personal data to other individuals, groups, private enterprises, or government agencies, except where required by law. The exceptions include but are not limited to the following situations:
  • With your written consent.
  • Explicit legal provisions require it.
  • To prevent risks to your life, health, freedom, or property.
  • Cooperation with government agencies or academic research institutions for public interest, statistical, or academic research, where the data is processed or collected in a way that prevents identification of specific individuals.
  • If your behavior on the Platform violates the Terms of Service, potentially harms the Platform or other users, or results in damages, and the Platform management team deems it necessary to disclose your personal data to identify, contact, or take legal action.
  • Actions that benefit your rights and interests.
  • When the Platform commissions vendors to collect, process, or use your personal data, it will supervise and manage such vendors appropriately.
Use of Cookies
To provide you with the best service, the Platform will place and access cookies on your computer. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you may adjust your browser settings to a high privacy level to reject cookies. However, this may cause malfunction to the Platform.
Amendments to the Privacy Protection Policy
This Privacy Protection Policy will be revised as needed. Any modifications will be announced on the Platform.
